Cruising multihulls are fast becoming the preferred
charter boat of the Caribbean and South Pacific. Take a look
at our brand new Seawind 1000 cat (pictured at left) to get
an idea of what advantages these boats offer the cruising
sailor.
Our class will introduce you to catamaran systems and boat
handling skills and turn you into a competent multihull sailor.
You will also receive your ASA Cruising Multihull certification
so you can rent these boats here at Modern Sailing and at
popular chartering destinations worldwide.
This class is strictly an addition to your Bareboat Chartering
Certifications, and BBC is a prerequisite. The class runs
Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Cost is $595 per person
($650 for non-members). Liveaboard can be arranged for $20
per night.
